Cleaning Operative (Residential)

Sparrow Home Cleaning is looking for reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused domestic cleaners to join our growing team. We provide residential cleaning services across Horsham, Crawley, Haywards Heath, and surrounding areas, and we are looking for self-employed cleaners who take pride in delivering a high standard of work. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. This role is well suited to someone who is friendly, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent cleaning standards in clients’ homes. Key Requirements -Self-employed position -Full UK driving licence required -Must have access to your own vehicle -DBS required (If you do not currently hold a DBS certificate, one can be applied for before starting) -Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential -Must be reliable, punctual, and professional -Able to work independently and as part of a team, and manage time effectively -Good communication skills and a positive attitude -Must be comfortable travelling between jobs in the local area What We’re Looking For -A strong eye for detail -High standards of cleanliness and presentation -A trustworthy and professional approach -Someone who takes pride in their work -A friendly and respectful manner with clients -Flexibility to work across different residential properties Pay -£14.50–£15.00 per hour, depending on the type of cleaning work carried out Schedule -Full-time and part-time roles available -Flexible working opportunities available depending on availability and area coverage Location Work is available across: -Horsham -Crawley -Haywards Heath -Surrounding areas If you are dependable, motivated, and committed to providing a high standard of cleaning, we would love to hear from you.
